Description
This course will provide a detailed overview of vertebrates including their phylogenic relationships, life histories, comparative anatomy and physiological, adaptations, behavior and conservation. This course will include a weekly 3-hour laboratory session where students will perform observational studies through dissections, fossils, DNA, and field work to see first-hand the variation between major taxonomic groups. Prerequisite: C or better in BIO 121. (T)
