Description

Must be taken in final senior semester. The course will focus on strategic management concepts in strategy formulation, implementation, management, and evaluation. This capstone course will allow students to use knowledge and skills gained from prior coursework in accounting, finance, human resources, marketing, and operations management to explore organizational problems using real-world business case studies. Prereq. Last semester in program and completion with a grade of C or better in BUS 101, BUS 102, BUS 203, BUS 301, BUS 310, and BUS 314; No dual enrollments. (Students are responsible for business simulation fee).
