Description
This course focuses on application of management skills and techniques to develop tactics which facilitate the implementation of change within an organization. Students will learn and apply concepts to enhance the performance of an organization, including aspects of profitability and market share, customer service, operating efficiency, and retention of talent. Students will analyze the importance of leveraging resources to develop an effective infrastructure.
