Description
This course focuses on the role of technology, strategy, and people in the transformation of inputs into outputs. Emphasis is placed on the role of operations in both manufacturing and services to provide quality end products distributed to consumers and businesses on a global scale based on total quality management and the just-in-time philosophy.
