The Help section of MyLynx is provided to help you help yourself.  If you have suggestions, questions or concerns, please post them in the discussion forms below.

call the Help Desk at extension 7365 from on-campus, or (217) 735-7365 from off-campus.
 

You must have a Lincoln College User Name and a Password in order to log into MyLynx.  

New students would have received this information in your SOAR(Student Orientation and Registration) paperwork.  You will not have login credentials until after attending a SOAR.

Enter your Lincoln College User Name in the first box and, your Password in the second box, and click "Login" or press "Enter" on your keyboard.

After you have successfully logged into your MyLynx account you can change your password.

Select Password Management from the leftside toolbar then click Change Password to update your current password ( This will change your password for all of your LC accounts)
 
Type in your old password and then your new password. You will have to confirm your new password. Then hit save. Your password is now changed.
