Description
This course will provide students with an appreciation and understanding of the principles of environmental toxicology and chemistry including the sources, fate, and effects of chemicals in the environment. Emphasis is on contemporary problems in human health and the environment. Successful completion of this course will allow students to connect and utilize scientific principles to investigate environmental problems, quantitatively predict and model chemical exposure and effect, and assess risk. Prerequisite: CHM 141
